IT's just as bad over here in Wilkes Barre, If I see one more sign for Stanky Stankovic, I swear I'm going to wretchovic!

haha!! But hey, that's the polka guru! You can't mess with Stanky & The Coal Miners.
Anyway - isn't it his wife who is the politician?
At any rate, the signage is really heating up here too... It seems like every day more campaign signs appear. Soon you won't see any grass at all in any yards, the signs will be so thick. haha.

That's not what bugged ME about the picture. In picturesque Scranton, PA, we have the world's most ugly method of supporting a wooden power pole. I'm only assuming it's power and not just telephone and cable TV, because the top isn't shown. If it doesn't even have a heavy transformer on top or even power lines, someone needs to sue them for aesthetic pain. Who uses a big black pole AND guy wires? That is just a crime against nature.
Yes, I am a nerd. What about it???

Yeah really!
What's a real shame is that I didn't even take much note of that... Because it's so commonly used around here!
Why do they need both?

I saw a tv ad for this Dan Penetar guy, and apparently he's what one might call a "hangin' judge" - utilizing the death penalty figured prominently in his television ad.

You'd think that if he was a "hanging judge" he'd have a hanging sign...they could choose between hanging it on the guy wires or the ugly black pole.
