A bagpiper who comes out every day on his lunch break to play the bagpipes.
I saw/heard him nearly every day on my lunch break during the summer, at a temp job, while working across the street. It got to the point where I was trained like Pavlov's dogs to get hungry for lunch when I'd hear a the bagpipes playing from across the street.
