Bashing McGroarty occupies W-B Council
Posted at the Times Leader WILKES-BARRE - No one - not the six City Council members meeting at City Hall Thursday night, not the 35 people packing the audience - had a kind word for Mayor Tom McGroarty.
It looks like some citizens of Wilkes-Barre are ready for a change, one can only hope that they take their voices to the poll on election day.
